Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We currently ship within Australia only. All orders are dispatched from our studio in New South Wales.

Processing Time

  • Please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be produced and dispatched, as all items are custom made to order.
  • Please note this production time is separate to and does not include shipping transit times.

Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch)

  • NSW Metro: 1–3 business days
  • NSW Regional: 3–5 business days
  • VIC, QLD, ACT: 3–5 business days
  • SA, TAS, WA, NT: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or busy periods.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.

Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or third-party couriers once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged Items in Transit

  • We take great care in packaging your order; however, we are not responsible for any items that are damaged or broken during transit.
  • In the event your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • Replacements are offered at our discretion — please note that we do not offer refunds for transit damage.
